24-hour notice given? The session will be made up or credited to the next weekly session. 8-hour notice given? The session will not be made up unless the slot can be filled by another student. Less than 8-hour notice given? The session will not be made up and payment for the session will be required. Student late for the session? The session will end at the regular time. Tutor late for the session? The session will extend to make up the time.

Cash, check or money order, with payment in advance. All checks returned due to insufficient funds will be charged additional bank/processing fees.

The student will submit a Client Profile form, signed by the parent/guardian. A summary of any previous testing or interventions should be included. The Tutor Center will evaluate and recommend services, such as one-on-one tutoring or group sessions. Tutors A tutor will be selected based on the student's needs. If there are any concerns about the tutor or the sessions, the parent/guardian should contact the Director immediately. Curriculum Materials The cost of all recommended curriculum materials is the responsibility of the student. Ordering information will be provided to the parent/guardian. These recommendations may include the following materials: educational materials, learning style methods, book resources, and recommended websites. All of the above will be provided based on individual educational needs as agreed upon by the parent and the Tutor Center.   Confidentiality All records and personal information concerning the student will be kept strictly confidential. They will not be provided by any other party, including the school, without written consent from the parent/guardian.
